For years, Grupo Fleury automatically printed the results of sectional exams such as CT and ultrasound scans. Every time an exam was performed, the images were printed immediately, even when the patient had not asked for hard copies. Beyond the waste of resources, the process was fragmented across different systems, which made the operation more complex and less efficient.
That was the background for the WTT Doc in Time project, developed together with Grupo Fleury's Continuous Improvement and Information Technology teams. The goal was clear: standardize and optimize the print on demand workflow, delivering greater sustainability, speed and operational control.
Today, WTT Doc in Time is deployed across most of Grupo Fleury's brands, establishing a new concept in exam results delivery — more digital, more integrated and centered on the patient experience.
